• Our prices include electricity, bed linen, towels and in winter the Niederthai Card is included free of charge!
• An initial supply of tabs, garbage bags and toilet paper is also in the apartments.
• You can also book the organic breakfast to the apartment or cottage - adults € 18.- and for children up to 12 years price depending on the age of the child per day. Only possible on advance booking - at least 7 days in advance. We serve breakfast for 6 persons or more. If we do not have 6 registered persons, we will inform you 7 days before arrival that we unfortunately do not make breakfast.
• Pets are allowed!  We charge € 12.- per pet and per day. However, out of consideration for other guests, we ask you not to bring your four-legged friends into the dining room. Pets are not allowed in the cottage.
• Feel free to bring your slippers!
• Deposit: Please pay a deposit of 30% at the time of reservation.
• Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You are welcome to take this out immediately when you make your booking. The Europäische Reiseversicherung also insures cases with Covid-19!!! >> more!
