The Veitenhof in Ötztal is perfectly suited for your family vacation, as boredom is not an option here: In summer, you and your children can explore the surroundings through hiking, climbing, and swimming. There’s a playground for the kids, a Kneipp pool, and a barefoot path, while our infrared cabin and massages promise delightful relaxation. Alternatively, you can borrow bicycles for free and spend an afternoon biking together. The absolute highlight, however, is the riding stable: The Haflinger horses, bred on-site, are gentle and friendly. At the Veitenhof, you will enjoy a riding holiday for the whole family against the breathtaking Alpine backdrop. Riding, carriage rides, and horse care are all part of the vacation experience here.
In winter, the children can, of course, go tobogganing, with sleds available for free rental. Meanwhile, adults can embark on cross-country skiing tours, go on ski hikes, or explore winter hiking trails. Beginners and children don’t have to struggle with skiing, as there’s a ski lift available.
