Juices, syrups and liqueurs let the taste of the herbs "explode" on the palate, herbal salt, herbal vinegars and oils provide plenty of variety in the Veitenhof kitchen. By the way, the symbol of the Vitalhöfe Tirol is the marigold (calendula), which must not be missing in any farmer herb garden. The orange blossoms are not only particularly pretty to look at, but also have an anti-inflammatory and healing effect on internal and external inflammations.
