Sweat in the FINNISH SAUNA 90° and get your circulation going with a fragrant infusion of strong Swiss stone pine or fine eucalyptus fragrance.

The BIOSAUNA 60° invites you to gentle sweating. For sauna beginners or people who cannot stand high temperatures, for example because they suffer from cardiovascular problems, a visit to a bio-sauna is often more pleasant.

The SANARIUM® 60° is a specific type of sauna. Its characteristics are mild temperatures and pleasant humidity. The temperature in the SANARIUM® ranges between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius. This makes it one of the low-temperature saunas. The humidity is between 40% and 50%. Sauna fans can see from these values that this is a very mild sauna. Aroma infusions with essential oils make saunas in a sanarium even more pleasant. The gentle heat and the climate in the SANARIUM®, which is easy on the circulation, lowers high blood pressure and can alleviate circulatory problems.

Infrared radiation is the best means of supplying heat to the body - without contact and without disturbing the heat regulation of the skin.

The targeted heat treatment of the back area in our INFRAROT cabin from Physiotherm is soothing, relaxing and pain-relieving.

The different types of sauna are switched on alternately, so that everyone gets something out of it.

Our opening hours

Our sauna is on request - if a guest feels like having a sauna, we are happy to turn it on for 3 hours in the afternoon.

In our wellness area you will also find a Kneipp facility, a tea bar and a cozy Zirben - relaxation room with a view of untouched nature and a fantastic panorama.

Of course, an exit leads directly from the wellness area to the outside, so that you can go directly after the sauna in the fresh air and on the sun terrace.

Our wellness area with its ambience including the best views of the Ötztal mountains is already a real highlight. But that's not all: on request, you can book our wellness area for yourself, as a couple or with the family, for 3 hours. It is possible depending on availability.
