Experience the invigorating heat of the FINNISH SAUNA 90° and elevate your circulation with a fragrant infusion of robust pine or delicate eucalyptus scent.

The BIO-SAUNA 60° invites gentle sweating, making it ideal for sauna beginners or those who cannot tolerate high temperatures due to cardiovascular issues. A visit to a bio-sauna is often more pleasant for them.

The SANARIUM® 60° is a specific type of sauna characterized by mild temperatures and comfortable humidity. The temperature in the SANARIUM® ranges between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius, classifying it as a low-temperature sauna. The humidity levels are between 40% and 50%. Sauna enthusiasts recognize that this form offers a very gentle sauna experience. Aroma infusions with essential oils enhance the enjoyment of a Sanarium session even further. The gentle warmth and circulation-friendly climate in the SANARIUM® lower high blood pressure and can alleviate circulation disorders.

Infrared radiation is the best way to provide warmth to the body—without contact and without disturbing the skin's temperature regulation.
The targeted heat treatment of the back area in our INFRARED Cabin by Physiotherm is soothing, relaxing, and pain-relieving.

We alternate between the various types of saunas, ensuring that everyone can enjoy.

In our wellness area, you will also find a Kneipp facility, a tea bar, and a cozy pine relaxation room with a view of unspoiled nature and a fantastic panorama.

Of course, there is also an exit directly from the wellness area to the outside, allowing you to step out into the fresh air and onto the sun terrace right after your sauna session.

Our sauna is available on request - if a guest feels like using the sauna, we are happy to turn it on for all hotel guests in the afternoon for 3 hours.
