Cancellation conditions in Corona times

Our money - back - guarantee:

In case of border closures, officially imposed hotel closures or a renewed lockdown by the government, we offer you as our guests the following alternatives:

1.) You rebook your vacation at the Veitenhof to another period. In this case, the deposit would remain with us and be used for the newly booked vacation.

2.) You cancel your vacation with us free of charge. In this case, we will of course immediately transfer the deposit back to you.

In case of border closures by the government during your vacation at the Veitenhof, you can of course leave at any time and the remaining booked days will be cancelled free of charge.

And if you cannot start your well-deserved vacation because

they themselves fall ill with Corona
they test COVID - positive,
they have elevated temperature - confirmed by a doctor (even if a later test result is negative)
or they have to be quarantined as K1 or K2 - contact person,

then we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus or Premium of the Europaen Travel Insurance, which covers among others these cases despite pandemic. The special coverage Corona despite pandemic and without surcharge can be found here in detail.

Should you unfortunately have to cancel your vacation with us at the Veitenhof for any other reason, our regular cancellation conditions apply - as stated above.

Despite the difficult time, we are very anxious to give you and your family a nice and safe vacation with us at the Organic & Riding farm the Veitenhof. Therefore, no obstacle should stand in the way of a vacation on the farm in the Ötztal!
