Our apartment house in Tyrol has received various awards: "5 Flowers" and a certificate from "Farm Holidays," the title of "Organic and Health Farm," and since 1999, the designation "Tiroler Vitalhof."

All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, and balcony.

For our youngest guests, we provide a cot, high chair, and night lights free of charge. Additionally, there’s a children's playroom for cozy rainy or snowy winter days.

The wellness area welcomes you with a sauna and an infrared cabin.

We, the Leiter family, uniquely combine our love for nature and animals. While Grandma Rosmarie, a trained herbal educator, explains the diverse uses of herbs and medicinal plants during herbal hikes, Gustl is busy with the horse-drawn carriage: his pride are the Haflinger horses bred on our farm. Our riding farm in Tyrol enjoys an excellent reputation among horse lovers and those planning a riding holiday for adults or the whole family in this region. Therefore, riding, carriage rides, and horse care are part of the holiday program when you spend your vacation with your family at our organic farm in the Ötztal.

Summer Vacation in Niederthai

During the spring and summer months, we often have visitors who love to spend their hiking vacation in the Ötztal or explore the beautiful surroundings on a mountain bike. On our sunny, peaceful plateau, both children and parents find joy. Besides the barrier-free, secure adventure playground and the alpacas and other animals in the petting zoo, you can plan the following activities:

At an altitude of 1,550 meters, it provides a particularly high level of snow security for winter sports enthusiasts. A cross-country ski trail of 22 km, awarded the Tyrolean quality seal and featuring an integrated biathlon facility, is another guarantee that even cross-country skiing in the Ötztal will leave vacationers exhilarated.
