Important Information

• Our prices include electricity, bed linen, and towels, and in the winter, the Niederthai Card is free!
• You can find our Niederthai water in our water dispenser in the common room. It is available to you 24/7, and you can help yourself to as much still or sparkling water (chilled) as you like - it will be automatically charged at €1.- per apartment per day upon your departure. 
• An initial supply of tabs, trash bags, and toilet paper is also provided in the apartments.
• You are welcome to book the organic breakfast for your apartment or holiday home - Adults €18.- and for children up to 12 years, the price corresponds to the child's age per day. This is only available by prior order - at least 7 days in advance. We serve breakfast for a minimum of 6 people. If we do not have 6 registered participants, we will inform you 7 days before your arrival that we unfortunately cannot provide breakfast.
• Pets are allowed! We charge €13.- per pet per day. Only one dog is permitted per holiday apartment. Out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask you to keep your furry friends on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the common room, wellness area, or holiday home. 
• Feel free to bring your slippers!
• Deposit: Please make a deposit of 30% when reserving.
• Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You can arrange this at the time of your booking. The European Travel Insurance also covers cases related to Covid-19!! >> more! 
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 9:30 AM 
• Payment options: Cash, debit card/EC card (Maestro), advance bank transfer.
