Our prices include electricity, bed linen, towels and in winter the Niederthai Card is included free of charge!
An initial supply of tabs, garbage bags and toilet paper is also in the apartments.
You can also book the organic breakfast to the apartment or cottage - adults € 18.- and for children up to 12 years price depending on the age of the child per day. Only possible on advance booking - at least 7 days in advance. We serve breakfast for 6 persons or more. If we do not have 6 registered persons, we will inform you 7 days before arrival that we unfortunately do not make breakfast.
Pets are allowed! We charge € 12.- per pet and per day. However, out of consideration for other guests, we ask you not to bring your four-legged friends into the dining room. Pets are not allowed in the cottage.
Feel free to bring your slippers!
Deposit: Please pay a deposit of 30% at the time of reservation.
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You are welcome to take this out immediately when you make your booking. The Europäische Reiseversicherung also insures cases with Covid-19!!! >> more!

up to 91 days before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees
90 - 61 days before arrival we keep the deposit.
Up to 60-15 days before arrival we charge 70% of the tour price.
From 14 days before arrival, no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the travel price.
